Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of HyperEcho. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service and AI limitations

HyperEcho provides AI-assisted transcription, translation, generated speech, and optional voice matching. Output may be delayed, incomplete, offensive, or wrong. HyperEcho is not an emergency service or a substitute for a qualified interpreter or professional advice. Confirm important names, numbers, directions, permissions, and decisions another way.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your device and Apple account secure. Do not evade limits, disrupt the service, submit unlawful material, or use a voice without the speaker's informed permission and necessary rights. Voice matching is optional and requires the authorizing person to be at least 16. My Voice is reusable until deleted or replaced; a voice for the other conversation participant requires their one-time agreement and is temporary to that live session.

Plans and purchases

Prices and terms are shown by Apple before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew through Apple unless canceled under Apple's rules. Allowances and expiry shown in the app form part of these terms. Paid translation time is made available only through App Store in-app purchases.

Captured source audio from both participants is metered in milliseconds. Under the current rules, failed processing, canceled turns, playback, pasted text, and retranslations are not charged. Apple handles payment, refunds, and subscription management. Deleting your HyperEcho account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Privacy and providers

Our Privacy Policy describes processing by HyperEcho, OpenAI, Fish Audio, Supabase, Railway, and Apple. Do not submit content you lack permission to share with these processors.

Availability, license, and termination

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features for security, legal, provider, or operational reasons. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app. You may stop using HyperEcho at any time; we may restrict access for fraud, material violations, unlawful activity, or security risk.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, HyperEcho is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of accuracy, fitness, merchantability, or non-infringement. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required by the App Store.
